Estrella tells us: in the crossroad of physics history of Venezuela, I only accepted my credentials, I put a condition which seemed extremely favorable, first, I was required to get a doctorate in physics for which he was offering me employment, from the moment of my acceptance, receive a full scholarship. Not to have ever lived in Venezuela, but have the intention of impeachment in Caracas this was an incredible opportunity, further education and job security have a meeting with his family. The lot came to my door twice so, I met and married Laredo Benzaquen Moses, the man who has been supporting force in my life, who always pushed me to go ahead smoothly and father of my four children. They spent those years to finish his training, Star in the Center for Nuclear Studies of Saclay and Moses who had a degree in Agricultural Engineering at Monpellier to start their career. It was so dedicated to following the recommendation of the company where he worked to open a branch in Venezuela, that he was adopted and both came with work to start a new stage in Caracas. Laredo Star when winning the National Award for Science, Major in Physics in 1996 and had published 58 original papers in international journals and refereed and presented 140 papers in national and international conferences, has published 16 titles in the summary of achievements, we can say that he studied physics at undergraduate and postgraduate level, the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Paris and a PhD at the Centre d'Orsay in France.
